Check a company’s documents against Companies House
Upload the accounts and statutory books you have been given. The checker reads them, pulls the company’s full public record — including the accounts it actually filed — and shows you where the two disagree, and which of those disagreements look like fraud.

What you upload
- Statutory, abridged or management accounts
- Registers of members, directors, PSCs and charges
- Minutes, resolutions, share certificates, confirmation statements
- PDF, scans and photos, Word, Excel or CSV
What it checks against
The live Companies House register: the company’s status and history, officers past and present, PSCs, charges, filing history, the accounts filed for the same period, the disqualified directors register, and each director’s other appointments.
What you get back
Every difference, graded as a fraud indicator, an anomaly or an observation, with what the document says beside what the register says — plus the checks that passed and those that could not be run. Then a PDF report you can keep on file.
What it does not do
- It does not conclude that fraud has occurred. A fraud indicator is a pattern that needs an explanation; many have innocent ones.
- It does not keep your documents. They are read in memory for the length of the check and sent to the AI model that reads them; nothing is stored by this service.
- It does not contact the company, its directors or Companies House on your behalf, and it never files or changes anything.
- It does not replace inspecting the documents. Scans and photographs can be misread — confirm a finding against the page and the register before you act on it.
